For 2003, I am extremely proud of the ten daylilies I am introducing--one double, one unusual form, one spider variant, one large diploid, and six large tetraploids. When possible, I have added photographs of individual plants that illustrate branching and bud count. The spider variant I am introducting is similar to other daylilies found in today's market, but I registered it because of the outstanding branching, bud count, and long bloom period. One of the large tetraploids I am introducing, CASTLE PROVIDENCE, represents a distinctive color that has been hard to capture on film.
